Approvals

The agent acts on its own only when the action is reversible: re-anchoring, quarantining a reading, sampling more often, marking a reading provisional. Alerts and tickets wait here until a person approves them. Anyone can view this page; approving or rejecting needs the operator token, which goes only to the operator's email.
